As the Gunners worked out in the preseason, fans were taken aback to witness White, 26, chest-pressing two 40 kg weights.
On Arsenal’s Instagram post, someone said, “Throwing 80kg up, my guy.”
“Ben White pressing 40kgs, my kinda guy,” said another.A third person said, “Benny with the 40s.”
Gabriel Jesus, a striker for Brazil, in contrast, was carrying two 22.5kg weights. Before he hopped on the workout bikes with Ethan Nwaneri and Thomas Partey, Martin Odegaard was looking ripped too.

However, after withdrawing from the World Cup in Qatar for “personal reasons,” he has not appeared for the Three Lions.
Gareth Southgate stated, “Clearly on form, I can’t sit here and say he doesn’t deserve to be here,” following the selection of his team.
“Last night, [Arsenal sporting director] Edu called [FA technical director] John McDermott to inform him that Ben did not want to be considered for England squads.
It’s unfortunate because I truly admire him as a player and because I took him to the World Cup and the Euros.
“I had a conversation with him after Qatar because I was eager to choose him, but he was obviously hesitant. I have to accept it even though I’m not really sure why it is.
“He’s a good player who can make a difference for England, and I want to leave the door open to him, but he’s not available to us.”
