Reports state that Kylian Mbappe has invested over £15 million in a Madrid home.
It’s thought that the French sensation wrapped up the transaction on Tuesday afternoon. After he announced earlier this month that he was leaving Paris Saint-Germain, it was expected that he would sign with Real Madrid.
respected Spanish on a daily basis La Razon claims that the house he bought is in La Moraleja, an affluent district of Madrid where David Beckham often stayed when he travelled to the Spanish city.
It further says that Sergio Ramos, the former great of Real Madrid, and his stunning model wife Pilar Rubio, as well as Hollywood actor Richard Gere and his Spanish publicist wife Alejandra Silva, will be his neighbours.
La Razon claims that Mbappe, who hasn’t yet made an official statement regarding his football career, has considered playing at Jude Bellingham’s home neighbourhood of La Finca, which still has property owned by Cristiano Ronaldo.

A “golden triangle” is formed by Mbappe, Sergio Ramos, and Richard Gere’s residences.
The 25-year-old reportedly picked La Moraleja because it was “more comfortable,” despite the fact that it was a 15-minute drive from Real Madrid’s Valdebebas training facility. The 25-year-old threw a lavish party for 250 people on Monday night at a classy Italian eatery close to the Eiffel Tower.
The property he purportedly bought and the homes of Richard Gere and Sergio Ramos create a “golden triangle.”
La Razon claims that Ramos’ home is across from the property that Mbappe purchased and next door to the home that Mbappe and his wife currently live in.
El Confidencial, a Spanish news website, reports that the property acquisition of the French football player was finally completed following a protracted legal struggle between real estate businesses.
Prominent La Liga footballers and other Spanish brands have long been fans of La Moraleja.
Up until the mid-1900s, the land belonged to a widowed marchioness before the first family homes were constructed.
Within the main La Moraleja estate, some of its well-known residents reside on gated private estates with 24-hour security. Among them is Ana Obregon, a Spanish actress who was briefly romantically associated with David Beckham during his time in Madrid.
The former England captain and his fashionista spouse purchased their previous home there from a French couple in June 2005 for £3 million.
Approximately ten years after they had moved out, they paid £4.2 million to a wealthy Spanish businessman who managed a company that disposed of plastic garbage for them.
In 2005, David and Victoria Beckham bought a property on the same estate as Mbappe, the former captain of England, while he was a player for Real Madrid.
Posh and Becks lived in rented homes before finding their dream home, which had a small football pitch, tennis courts, an outdoor heated pool and a kids’ play area.
They spent £350,000 remodelling the five-bedroom house on two acres of land after consulting with a Feng Shui expert.
Becks’s May 2006 party caused neighbours to complain about noise throughout their stay, and six months later, three Japanese journalists broke into the grounds thinking they were armed raiders, which prompted the police to be called.
Victoria and her 19-month-old youngest son Cruz were inside the property at the time.
Before the intruders were released after revealing their identities, six police cars raced to the house, and a uniformed security guard pulled his revolver on the three men, supposing them to be a group of veteran criminals.
Beckham promised to let Kaka live at Real Madrid once he joined the team. In the end, though, Kaka and his now-divorced wife Caroline Celico decided to move to VIP bunker La Finca.
