Belgian international custodian Thibaut Courtois arrived in Madrid in 2011 after a three-year loan with Atlético, and he has been a permanent resident of the Spanish capital since 2018 with Real Madrid. So much so that he just purchased a home that was previously owned by singer and actor Miguel Bosé, according to Semana media.

Thibaut Courtois bought himself a home in the Pozuelo de Alarcon municipality of Somosaguas. The 10,000 square metre estate, which includes a chicken coop, is home to this 1,000 square metre residence. The two-story home is named for the business One TM Financials Investments, of which the Belgian doorman serves as the only manager. Along with an open living area and four bedrooms, it also features a gym, a sauna, and numerous other amenities. There is a tennis court, swimming pool, and sizable yard outside.
