On Tuesday afternoon, Real Madrid’s celebrities took to social media to react to the announcement of teammate Toni Kroos’ retirement.

Not too long ago, renowned midfielder Kroos announced his formal decision to stop his storied career.

The 34-year-old will play out the final two games of Real Madrid’s season before ending his playing career after Germany’s Euro 2024 campaign comes to an end.

Naturally, Real Madrid has been completely rocked by the news ever since.

Naturally, this coincides with the general belief that Kroos was about to sign a one-year contract extension quickly.

But since the former Bayern Munich player made his call public, condolences from the football community have already started to arrive.

And in the center of it all have been Kroos’ teammates in the capital of Spain.
