After moving from Borussia Dortmund to Real Madrid, Jude Bellingham had an incredible first season, winning the league and qualifying for the Champions League final.

Jude Bellingham’s ideal first season at Real Madrid may have been quite similar to the one he has already experienced in the Spanish metropolis when he transferred from Borussia Dortmund.

With 18 league goals, the England international is just two goals behind Artem Dovbyk for the Pichichi Trophy, which goes to the best scorer in La Liga. He has led Madrid’s scoring from midfield. He has also established himself in Europe, where he scored four goals in the group stage before teammates grabbed the lead and guided Los Blancos to the championship game at Wembley, where they will face his former employers.

Also, he has won over the supporters with his newfound popularity by often demonstrating his fluency in Spanish to them throughout his first season at the Bernabeu.

And although Bellingham paid his homage to the devoted followers, those same people expressed their gratitude during Real Madrid’s trophy procession.

When Barcelona lost to Girona last weekend and Carlo Ancelotti’s team defeated Cadiz, they secured the championship with plenty of time remaining. They lead Girona by fifteen points with three games remaining, but Barcelona can go closer if they defeat Real Sociedad on Monday.
