Hojlund: 5; Onana: 7; Mainoo: ?? |Player Ratings as Manchester United fall short in 1-0 loss to Arsenal in Premier League Clash

After yet another subpar showing, Arsenal triumphed at Old Trafford against Manchester United. With this, Erik ten Hag and his team are now locked in eighth position and need three points to break into the top six, while Mikel Arteta and his team shot to the top of the Premier League standings.

Kết quả MU vs Arsenal: Trận cầu then chốt

Man United’s hopes of finishing in the top six are all but gone as the season draws to a close. Erik ten Hag and his group will need a miracle to pull off a comeback at this vital point in the season.

Even if Arsenal didn’t exactly overpower the Red Devils, Arteta’s team did a fantastic job of applying pressure and maintaining their one-point advantage until the very end. Now let’s examine the game’s player ratings.

Andre Onana: 7

Andre Onana’s chances of stopping Trossard’s goal tonight were slim to none. Furthermore, each time the Arsenal forwards tested the Cameroonian goalie, he more than met the challenge. Even though Andre Onana gave up, he is not to blame for United’s defeat this evening.

Diogo Dalot: 7

Diogo Dalot was one of Manchester United’s few bright spots this evening. He moved the ball into the final third and looked to press the matter constantly. Dalot was not only a formidable attacker but also an excellent defender, taking eight out of eleven duels.

Evans Jonny: 4

Evans allowed Kai Havertz to dribble into the area and pass the ball to Trossard for Arsenal’s lone goal, allowing the Red Devils to escape with a draw. If Evans had defended Havertz with a little more zeal, the game could have ended in a draw. The veteran’s game was subpar.

Casemiro: 6.

lacked enthusiasm throughout the whole of the game, but he made up for it against Crystal Palace. Tonight, Casemiro played the role of a true defender, and United only lost by one goal as a result of his excellent play at the back.

Wan-Bissaka Aaron: 6

Great defense in the first few minutes of the match. But in the second half, he played worse, and in the 84th minute, he was substituted.

Mainoo Kobbie: 6

Kobbie Mainoo performed admirably on defense as usual, keeping things straightforward. Considering his age, it makes sense that he was finding it difficult to maintain control of the middle.

Ambrabat, Sofyan: 7.

Sofyan Amrabat, sporting the Manchester United shirt, didn’t exactly give off the stench for once. He consistently pushed the problem with progressive balls into the final third and posed a threat on offense. A few exceptional moments from the Moroccan in his final days with the team.

Garnacho Alejandro: 7

Fear was being reigned down the left flank by Alejandro Garnacho. But in the end, he had nothing to show for all of his crosses and dribbles. Despite not having the last pass that may have turned the tide, he persisted in trying to create for United.

McTominay Scott: 4

had a terrible performance. Playing as an attacking midfielder, McTominay appeared bewildered; in fact, his performance tonight would increase people’s admiration for Bruno Fernandes. The Scott had zero impact on the offensive or the overall outcome of the game this evening.

Amad Diallo: 5

Marcus Rashford, the player Diallo was replacing, has a similar style of play. He continued to advance the ball up the field and break through Arsenal’s defense. But even Amad, like his teammates in the forward line, was lacking that finishing touch tonight.

Hojlund Rasmus: 3

The Manchester United striker went into another goalless evening. Rasmus Hojlund, despite his brilliance, spends ninety minutes running around the field when he isn’t receiving good deliveries into the box.
