Burberry has recently unveiled their Spring/Summer 2024 campaign, and Daniel Lee’s most recent creations include two extremely recognizable faces: Son Heung-min and Bukayo Saka.
In addition to global celebrities and models such as Tems, Rachel Weisz, and Jourdan Dunn, the two North London football players serve as the campaign’s faces. The well-known ensemble was pictured in London sporting looks from Burberry’s Resort 2024 line.Saka looked amazing in a green checkered shirt and antique Burberry trench, while Son looked dapper in a houndstooth suit. The two are emphasized in the advertisement after they were seen with Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze during the British luxury brand’s SS24 show in September..
Son Heung-min of Tottenham Hotspur and Bukayo Saka of Arsenal, who symbolize the London club rivalry, were seen seated together in the front row.In an online video, the couple could be seen appearing uneasy as the photographers surrounded them.Saka was a little apprehensive and they avoided eye contact, which must have made him know that sitting next to the other team’s captain would not go down well with the fans.Burberry continues to draw athletes—football players among them—into the premium market by designating prominent football players as brand ambassadors.
