Real Madrid will bid to win their 15th Champions League against Borussia Dortmund

Substitute Joselu’s brace sealed the victory, and Bayern’s rivals Borussia Dortmund were in London to watch the action. The Real Madrid players changed into unique shirts with the phrase “A por la 15” emblazoned on the back after the game. The phrase “Go for 15” refers to the team’s objective of winning the Champions League for the fifteenth time this year.

The Los Blancos players wore the jerseys while they celebrated their victory on the pitch. Wearing the distinctive clothing, Jude Bellingham was seen dancing with match winners Eduardo Camavinga and Joselu. Former Stoke striker Joselu completed an incredible late comeback off the bench.   He equalized in the 88th minute after taking advantage of a mistake committed by Manuel Neuer.Three minutes later, he scored the winner when a VAR review overruled the on-field ruling that it was offside. Alphonso Davies’ amazing strike put Real Madrid up early in the second half. They thought they had matched the score when Davies’ deflection on a corner routine given them the lead in a matter of minutes. However, because of Nacho Fernandez’s foul on Joshua Kimmich, VAR disallowed the strike. Carlo Ancelotti will now want to win his third Champions League with Real Madrid. He has won the tournament in his two prior managerial assignments, which were in 2014 and 2022.
