When the highly sought-after England midfielder became a full-time ambassador for McDonald’s Fun Football, he shocked kids with an unexpected training session.
Jude Bellingham, who is in high demand, recently signed a contract and began training with his new teammates. Don’t worry, Borussia Dortmund supporters!
An England midfielder has become a full-time ambassador for McDonald’s UK’s Fun Football initiative.
Alongside Lioness Beth Mead, the midfielder will serve as the face of the initiative, which offers free football coaching to kids ages 5 to 11 throughout the United Kingdom.
Jude stated: “It brought back memories of my early playing days to get involved in the practice. The program centers each session around enjoyment. It has nothing to do with strategy, luck, or winning or losing. It’s about having fun outside, picking up new skills, and forming friendships.
“I hope to be able to support the sport I adore and encourage football among the next generation. I have a strong interest in it, and witnessing the joy on the kids’ cheeks today reinforced the significance of this initiative for me.
“Because Beth Mead has been involved for a while, I chatted with her before going to the classes to gain a better understanding. Hopefully, by working together, we can encourage thousands more kids to take up football.
McDonald’s Fun Football pledges to give girls and boys in the UK and Ireland who are between the ages of 5 and 11 free, enjoyable, and inclusive football coaching. By 2026, the group hopes to have given over a million kids free football instruction because to Jude’s assistance.
