The second half began with Man City leading 3-2.Federico Valverde added a late goal to make it 3-3, but it wasn’t over yet. In order to equalize the score, Vinicius Junior delivered a deep cross into the box, and the Uruguayan volleyed expertly into the far corner.
It is a better outcome for Man City, though, because it means Real Madrid must win in Manchester the following week in order to advance to the semi-finals. However, Ancelotti’s team will undoubtedly like their chances.
